We offer a 45-day return policy, meaning you have 45 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at envisxgeclothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at envisxgeclothing@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also final sale. If you have questions about a specific item, don't hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. The same condition requirements apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it reflected, please contact us at envisxgeclothing@gmail.com.
